How it works

Reach out and let us know where you'd like us to meet you. We bring everything with us. Fabrics, linings, measuring tapes and everything else you need to perfectly customize your suit. 

This is when we hash out all the details of your suit, colors, styles, pricing, and any time constraints 

*turn around is typically 8-10 weeks*

Measurements can be done at your consultation appointment or can be scheduled for a separate day. They take maybe 5 minutes.

If you are thinking of outfitting a party, we recommend having all the members of the party present at the same time for measuring.

Around the 8 week mark, we come back to see if things are fitting nicely or if we need to make any alterations.

*Note that any alterations are covered by the original cost of the suit. We made the suit; any changes needed are on us.

Once any needed alterations have been made, we drop off your suit freshly pressed and ready to go! Not a bad time to snap some fresh pics for the #Instagram.

Similar to in-person. Reach out and let us know when you'd like to schedule your appointment. We will email you a link for a video call as well as slinks to fabrics, linings, and other detail information. You will have one of our fashion consultants live with you to help navigate the fabrics and guide you though any other pertinent details to perfectly customize your suit. 

Measurements will be taken by you! you will want someone to help out and a measuring tape. We will provide detailed videos of how we prefer our measurements taken and our fashion consultants will be there with you every step of the way to make sure things are done correctly. 

Around the 8 week mark, we will ship the suit out to you with a bit of tailors chalk, just in case.

 If you need any alterations we hop back online with you and guide you though how to correctly mark things. We will cover the cost of return shipping, do the alterations, and send it back.
